We have the schedule!

Friday, July 31st
We will need probably about 20 volunteers at the BYU-I stadium. It would be starting about 5 for a couple of hours. .

Saturday, August 1st
Need volunteers for clean up after the show around 10:15. As many as we can get!

Monday, August 3rd
We will need about 10 volunteers for set up (preferably boys) and then 3 to direct dancers. This will only be for a couple of hours.
We need 6 people to hand out fliers during the parade from 6:30 to 7ish.
We will need about 10-15 volunteers for 8:30 pm clean up after the street parade. Then the dance will take place and then clean up again at 11 pm after the dance. This would be great for a bunch of youth!

Tuesday, August 4th
We will need 15 ushers at the Colonial Theater in Idaho Falls. They will need to be there at 6pm dressed up and stay till about 10 or 10:30.

Friday, August 7th
We will need 3 volunteers for the ushering and running around for the Gala Performance. They will need to meet by the Thor in the Hart building at BYU-Idaho at 5:45. Please dress up.

Saturday, August 8th
We will need 3 volunteers for the ushering and running around for the Gala Performance. They will need to meet by the Thor in the Hart building at BYU-Idaho at 5:45. Please dress up.


If you have a pretty free schedule we need 3 people who are available to open the Jr. High school for the dancers to get their stuff. We will compile everyones schedule and then everyone can take turns so no one is there all day everyday. Feel free to ask questions if you have any or if you can do this for a day or so.

Aug 1st Sat-11 am - 10:30 pm
Aug 3rd Mon- 8am - 11 pm
Aug 4th Tues- 8 am - 4 pm 11 pm-11:30 pm
Aug 5th Wed. 6 am-6 pm
Aug 6th Thurs- 10 pm -10:30 pm
Aug 7th Fri- 8 am -11 am
