David Turns 24

Everyone was out celebrating Cinco de Mayo but not us! It was our first time to celebrate one of our birthdays together! I made him cinnamon rolls for breakfast!(They weren't homemade though, 6am is a little early for that!) Then he dropped me off at school.

David had a fun day planned though we went on a field trip to INL for his internship. Later we went out to eat because we had coupons for free dinner at KFC and you can't beat that! Then it was off to his first soccer game. Their team " That One Team" played really well. They tied 1-1 and won the shoot out. :)

Afterwards as David quickly ran to finish the home teaching reports we had a couple of couples over to celebrate David's birthday. We were excited to try out David's new waffle cone maker! (We found it at target and figured it was a fun gift!) It takes a while to get the hang of it but its fun. Some people even attempted bowls!

It was fun to be with friends and just have an enjoyable night! Thanks for all those that called and sang to David too he really enjoyed it!
